Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing

International Shipping Veloura Beauty ships internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
